By Car / Parking
Exchange Tower / First Canadian Place garage — entrances on York St and Adelaide St W

Scitax is located in the Exchange Tower on the north side of King Street, east side of York Street and south side of Adelaide Street West.

Parking is available by utilizing the joint parking garage of the Exchange Tower and First Canadian Place. There are two parking garage entrances, one on York Street and one on Adelaide Street West.

Note: York Street is a one-way northbound traffic direction and Adelaide Street is one-way eastbound traffic direction.

  • If arriving from the North or West — use the Adelaide Street West entrance.
  • If arriving from the South or East — use the York Street entrance.

No left turn from eastbound King Street West to York Street, Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Use Adelaide Street instead.

The Exchange Tower is a short walk from both St. Andrew and King subway stations on TTC Line 1.
