SR&ED Consultant Fees and Service Options

Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis according to the complexity and resources required for each claim. We will undertake an initial “no charge” meeting with you to understand the scope and potential eligibility of your claim. In most cases, we will provide you with several different fee plan options. All fee arrangements are agreed in writing before any chargeable work starts.

Two Levels of Service

Full Service

We handle the entire claim process on a turnkey basis. The primary objective is to get the job done as quickly as possible with minimum burden on your staff.

Coach / Advisory Service

The primary objective is to assist or teach your staff to do the claim themselves. This can range from our simply identifying eligible work and planning the strategy, to formal group instruction and one-on-one coaching to maximise individual performance.

Fee Payment Plans

We offer fee payment plans in three general categories:

Hourly rate

Offers the maximum flexibility and can often work out to be lowest cost in the long run.

Fixed fee with progress payments

Offers the best overall value and is by far the most popular choice for the majority of our clients.

Percentage success fee

Competitive with industry norms.
